The Bryza Hotel in Jurata is looking for candidates for the receptionist position.

Requirements:

• experience with a similar position,
• minimum secondary education diploma,
• advanced interpersonal skills,
• communicativeness,
• team-work skills,
• flexibility,
• flawless appearance and impeccable manners,
• good knowledge of English and German,
• knowledge of MS office,
• knowledge of Fidelio is welcome.

Duties:

• serving guests according to the standards,
• cooperation with other hotel departments,
• providing a high level of services according to the standards and procedures,
• preserving the hotel image and brand,
• operating a cash register,
• preparing offers,
• providing information according to the current offers,
• shift work.
