We serve five meals a day that give you energy, cut calories and prevent a sudden decrease in blood sugar, protecting you from tiredness, hunger, weakness and bad mood. Regular meals improve memory, concentration and metabolism and prevent overweight.
We start off the day with a breakfast buffet during which the guests can prepare their meals according to and under the supervision of a personal trainer. Second breakfast and an afternoon snack are based on cocktails and fruits. Other meals are served as light dishes, e.g. grilled trout fillets with roasted vegetables in herbs and garlic or French vegetable soup with pistou sauce.
