§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform that:

  1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. performance of a contract or taking actions at the request of the data subject prior to concluding a contract (legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR),
    3. consideration of complaints and claims (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR),
    4. storage of documentation and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of provided services – requesting to fill out a survey or answering a few questions regarding the quality of the provided services (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. In case of consent, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox containing the terms of the given consent.
  3. If a person has consented to data processing (legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 point a GDPR), the data is processed until withdrawal of consent, but after that period information about who, when, and what consent was given has the right to be archived (for the purpose of establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims). In other cases, data is processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g., contract execution, answering questions, tax regulations, etc.) The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, pursuing, or defending claims or when data retention is required by tax law.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of software companies and maintain IT systems with which we have concluded appropriate agreements. These agreements include data processing principles and confidentiality. These data are not disclosed and none of these companies is allowed to process data in any other way than specified in the agreement. Your data, if a company has access to it, can only be processed for the proper provision of services.
