The rejuvenating week is a comprehensive program that includes a balanced Wellness diet, a rich set of rejuvenating treatments, and exceptional dinners with a soothing sea view. It's an excellent opportunity for regeneration and relaxation in the luxurious surroundings of Hotel Bryza.

• Chef's Special Diet – an ideal proposition for those who want to regain metabolic balance, energy, and immunity. Perfectly balanced meals served with low glycemic index (breakfast, lunch, dinner), predominately of fish, fresh vegetables, and natural oils, will improve metabolism, provide essential micronutrients, and help regain vitality (low carb diet + fish, meat)

Free access to the Wellness complex from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
