Wellness and Fitness have recently become a culinary megatrend, gradually pushing aside restrictive diets and exhausting physical effort. Our diets have been composed by an experienced and certified dietitian, Ms. Aleksandra Bartoś.
Menu perfect for health and beauty
Wellness is primarily the pursuit of maintaining youth, health, and well-being for as long as possible.
Anti Age Menu is an ideal diet both for people leading a healthy lifestyle and for those who are just learning how to live according to wellness style recommendations. Only light Mediterranean dishes with a low glycemic index are served, based on healthy products ranked according to their precious impact on health and beauty.
Healthy food and physical activity
Recommended for both active individuals and those who dream of losing excess weight. Attractively presented and varied Mediterranean cuisine dishes, like those in the wellness menu, are based on ingredients with a low glycemic index and their perfect combinations. The meals are prepared using healthy, local products and are appropriately adjusted to physical exertion.
The culinary offer is definitely not monotonous. During five meals a day, guests will have the opportunity to taste, among others, grilled trout fillet with roasted vegetables in herbs and garlic and French vegetable soup with pistou sauce. Even the dessert menu is composed so that the caloric value is low and the taste qualities remain memorable for a long time. The chef especially recommends the aloe vera shake and the pineapple-cranberry smoothie.
An additional attraction will certainly be the culinary workshops led by the head chef and individual consultations with a dietitian. The menu with new diets is available as part of the Wellness and Fitness stays: 4 and 8 Days Wellness and 8 Days Fitness.
Discover the wealth of plant-based alternatives
It is addressed to people who give up animal-derived products. The appropriately selected menu is mainly based on plant-based foods, sourced from cereal, legume, root, and oilseed plants, soy products, as well as vegetables, fruits, and mushrooms.
